1- Purpose and Scope of the Disclosure Statement
As Öznur Göyce, we place great importance on the protection of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”). Your personal data is processed by us as the “data controller” in accordance with KVKK and relevant legal legislation, using the procedures and purposes specified below.
This disclosure text has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK to inform you about the identity of the data controller, the method and legal basis of collecting personal data, the purpose of processing, to whom and for what purpose the data may be transferred, the retention period, and the rights stated in Article 11 of the KVKK.
The term “personal data” in this text also includes special categories of personal data; your explicit consent is deemed given for the processing of your special categories of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 5 of KVKK, your personal data may be processed with your explicit consent or without your consent based on the following legal grounds:
Explicitly stipulated by laws,
Being necessary for protecting the life or physical integrity of a person who is unable to give consent due to factual impossibility or another person,
Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
Fulfillment of a legal obligation,
Establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
Legitimate interests provided that they do not harm fundamental rights and freedoms.
4- Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Carrying out appointment procedures through the website,
Appointment reminders, notifications, and confirmation processes,
Internal operations of the clinic, planning and managing operational processes,
Procurement of medication and execution of medical support processes,
Providing information in accordance with audits and regulations of public institutions,
Fulfillment of requests from courts and administrative authorities,
Providing information about services, and evaluating complaints and suggestions,
Execution of financial processes and billing,
Taking technical/administrative measures to ensure system security,
Protection of public health,
Conducting medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services.
5- Your Rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Requesting correction if your data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Requesting deletion or destruction of data,
Requesting that these actions be notified to third parties,
Objecting to any adverse outcome resulting from automatic system analysis,
Requesting compensation for damages in case of harm due to unlawful data processing.
6- Parties to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred and Their Purposes
Your personal data is stored by the data controller and may only be shared with third parties in accordance with legal obligations and legitimate purposes, with your explicit consent obtained when necessary.
Your data may be transferred to official institutions, organizations required to fulfill legal obligations related to health service delivery, and relevant institutions to the extent required by billing and legal follow-up processes, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
7- Data Processing and Retention Period
Your personal data is processed and stored limited to the purposes stated in this Disclosure Text and for the periods specified in the legislation. Upon expiration of the legal periods, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the relevant regulations.
